Her fans have seen the results of model Rosanna Davison’s healthy lifestyle on her social media sites from constant updates of her amazing body.
And now the former Miss World has shared her secrets by launching a brand new website packed with all her fave healthy recipes, as well as tips and tricks on how to get fit.
The qualified nutritionist has been working on www.RosannaDavisonNutrition.com for the past two years, and as well as containing 40 of her deliciously wholesome recipes – which will be added to daily – the site will share her nutrition and fitness tips and articles, and beauty, fashion and wedding inspiration.
The site also offers a taste of Rosanna’s forthcoming book ‘Eat Yourself Beautiful’, due for release in the Autumn.
“I’m very proud of how my website looks. It’s worth all the many late nights and weekends that I spent on research and writing. This is much more than a food blog and I hope that it gives readers all the inspiration, motivation and information they need for a healthier lifestyle,” said Rosanna.
“All the recipes are allergen-free, based on whole foods and are designed to nourish and heal. They all support weight loss goals, glowing skin, and healthy digestion, which is the secret to optimal health.”
The blonde beauty grew up as a vegetarian in a house of meat eaters, which led her to preparing and cooking her own meals and developed a passion for healthy eating.
She now works with private clients, designing eating plans that support their health and wellness goals, and even shopping and cooking with them.
VIP checked out her new site and we were left more than a little hungry… We think we agree with Rosanna’s personal fave recipes – the ‘Ferrero Rocher’ Truffle Pops, made using raw cacao powder, the Carrot Noodle Salad with ginger-miso dressing and the Summer Chickpea Bolognese look incredible.
